Display Driver IC:
16.7M color,TFT Mobile Single Chip Driver,This document describes display driver chip IC supports dots resolution driving
controller. This chip is designed to provide a single-chip solution that combines
a source driver, power supply circuit to drive a TFT dot matrix LCD with
XRGBxY dots at maximum.
This chip can be operated in low-voltage condition for the interface and
integrated internal boosters that produce the liquid crystal voltage, breeder resistance
and the voltage follower circuit for liquid crystal driver. In addition, This chip also
supports various functions to reduce the power consumption of a LCD system via
software control.
This chip supports two interface modes, including SPI/MCU/RGB/MIPI DPI/DBI Type C
interface mode and MIPI DSI video interface mode. The interface mode is selected
by the external hardware pins BS3~0.
This chip is suitable for any small portable battery-driven and long-term driving
products, such as small PDAs, digital cellular phones and bi-directional pagers.

Self-Capacitive Touch Panel Controller Driver IC:
The touch Series ICs are single-chip capacitive touch panel controller IC with a built-in 16 bit enhanced Micro-controller unit
(MCU).They adopt the self-capacitance technology, which supports single point and gesture touch or two points. In conjunction
with a self-capacitive touch panel, The touch Series ICs implement the user-friendly input function and are widely used in various
portable devices, such as smart phones, MIDs ad GPS.
