Support Little VGL GUI graphics library, it can let you greatly shorten the product development time, to achieve the UI running set, you only need to prepare UI pictures, Gif, Icon and other information, and you can visuable edit the operation UI.
UI V2.3 corresponds to MCU_Code version V2.3.
UI V3.0 corresponds to MCU_Code version V3.0.
